Baxter House River Outfitters is now in our 25th. year of catering to visiting Fly Fishermen. We are Roscoe New York's top destination for fly fishermen. We are well known for having the most knowledgeable, hard working Fly Fishing Guides in the Upper Delaware River and Catskill Streams.
In the winter months we move our guiding operation to Florida's west coast where we chase Snook, Redfish, Trout and Tarpon in the beautiful waters of Tampa Bay.
